Support services recommends screen resolution of 1024 x 768 Top of Page

The LMR Support Services Team recommends viewing the LMR on a computer monitor that has the screen resolution set to 1024 x 768. This setting will reduce scrolling and maximize your ability to see all of the content on the screen. The LMR Development Team designs the LMR user interface to be optimized at the 1024 x 768 screen resolution setting.

If you are using a resolution other than 1024 x 768 and are experiencing difficulties, please contact your LMR Analyst via LMR Feedback.

LMR evaluation surveys - Thank You! Top of Page

Thank you very much to the 722 providers who have participated in the LMR Evaluation Surveys to date. The LMR Evaluation project was launched in 2008 to gather information about user satisfaction with the LMR.

With your involvement, we have been able to better understand how you feel about the LMR and make decisions based on the survey results. In upcoming newsletters we will share more results from the survey and provide you with some detail about how your responses have influenced specific LMR initiatives.

Key results from previous satisfaction surveys show that:

- 64% of clinicians agree or strongly agree that using the LMR helps them complete their work efficiently
- 81% of clinicians agree or strongly agree that the LMR improves the quality of patient care/safety
- 37% of clinicians are neutral or dissatisfied with the Health Maintenance module
Response - a re-design of Health Maintenance is currently underway
- 92% of clinicians agree/strongly agree that the usability of the LMR could be improved
Response - LMR Design Council was established in 2008 with the objective to increase user participation in LMR design and usability testing.
